Visa Gift Cards cannot be sold to non-customers.
The card is not attached to any bank accounts. Spending is limited to the amount of money on the card. When you use the card, the amount available will be reduced by the amount of the purchase until it reaches zero. No interest is paid on the card balance. The money is not insured by FDIC but is covered by Regulation E with claims handled by our processor, Visa. The expiration date is embossed on the front of the card.
